4. No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services. All orders must be prepaid according to the payment terms mentioned below.

5. Advance Payment Requirement

To confirm an order, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of purchase. The remaining 50% balance payment must be completed before the product is dispatched from our facility.

6. Return & Damage Claim Policy

For any claim regarding a damaged or defective product, customers must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is received and opened. The video must clearly show:

• The sealed courier package before opening.
• The complete unboxing process without any cuts or edits.
• Any visible damage, defects, or missing items.

Damage or return claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for review or replacement. All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with the supporting video evidence.
